freeoto @staceymain so they are 10” along the sole (this is just the sole and doesn’t include the small overhang of back heels, which is maybe .25”) and have a 10” insole. I wear an 8.5 and while I can get my feet in them, my toes are a lil cramped. Hope that helps! Thanks for being patient.

freeoto @staceymain they may be slightly, but do have some texture on the bottom for grip. I’ve never worn them, so I can’t speak from experience.
