It is a polyester blend that looks almost like lace. - 3/4 Length sleeves - Small keyhole neckline that ties shut with a long fabric cord. - the Blouse also ties at the waist. - there is a zipper down the back as well - maxi aline skirt with elastic waist Measurements laying flat: Blouse- Chest 19" Sleeve 20" Length 23" Skirt- Waist 17" Length 34" This Outfit is in good pre-owned condition. The Blouse has a few minor and unnoticeable snags. The elastic in the skirt may need to be replaced. There is still some elasticity to it, but not much. The hem has come undone on half of the skirt.
