Waist measures 11 3/4 inches across, length is 25 1/2 inches from center of waistband to bottom hem. The size tag is a 7; the waist is VERY small with no stretch and would best fit a modern U.S. Women’s XXS Petite (please compare the waist measurement above with a skirt you own to determine if it will fit!).
