Vintage 70s Embroidered Wrap Maxi Skirt

-this is a vintage skirt with the tag removed -the fabric feels like cotton -back background with yellow and white floral print -fabric has been embroidered all over with an orange daisy print -red and yellow ruffles along the bottom of the skirt there is a tie that wraps all around and the skirt is secured with a hook -I added 3 snaps along the front so the skirt stays closed while wearing. -no size tag -measurements taken flat waist: 14 inches hips: 19 inches length: 39 inches
