Vintage 70s David Silverman English designer maxi dress

Floaty handkerchief hemmed dress from English designer David Silverman. Fabric is softer than than organza, but crisper than a chiffon. Not sure if it’s poly or rayon,but although it has a dry yet soft hand it is not cotton. The print reminds of Kate Beaver’s work (another English designer working in same period)-it was certainly an inspiration. Length is 52” at long points of hem, bust fits up to 35”bust (could fit a 36,” but you would be sharing a lot). Empire waist line to 31” which is where your bra band would be, hip sweep to 42.” Unlined sleeves are 13” to hem. Dress is lined in, likely, acetate. Zips up back.
