Vintage 70s Cropped Puffer Vest

Vintage cropped puffer vest from the 70s, no tag listed but estimated to be a child’s size or women’s XS. Side pockets and fold over collar with floral accent fabric that can be button up for colder weather. Some spots due to age and light wear. Have not tried to clean.
