This stunning vintage 70s maxi dress from Byer California features a long, flowing silhouette with an empire waist and luxurious velvety texture in a vibrant yellow hue. The dress has puff or off-shoulder sleeves and a scoop or off-shoulder neckline -- perfect for parties, cocktails, formal occasions and even casual ones if you're feeling a little extra! The dress has a pullover entry with no fasteners or zippers. The dress is available in size S and is suitable for regular size types of women.
