Vintage 70s brown velvet maxi dress with high white lace collar and cuff. Tis the perfect season for this! it’s very hippie in a pilgrim, Thanksgiving, kind of way. It invokes Ruth Bader Ginsburg with the lace collar and cuff. Back zip closure. Vintage velvet is my favorite. It is just so much more fluid and softer than modern velvets. No tags other than a style number tag. No noted flaws, except there are some folding marks in the velvet from storage, most notably in the back. Laying flat measures 54 inches shoulder to hem, 16 inches armpit to armpit, 14.5 inches across the waist and 17 inches across the hip. There is a snap tab at the back waist that fastens over the zipper.
