Vintage 70's Brown Velvet Maxi Dress. Gorgeous dress! Beautiful velvet material. Flutter sleeves. Stretchy empire waist. I'm actually not sure if it's vintage because all of the tags were cut out, but it definitely has a vintage 70's vibe. I'm guessing on the size, so please see measurements. Sooo pretty!
