Vintage 70s Blue Wool blend high neck wrap coat

Vintage 70s European made Blue Wool blend high neck coat. One button fastens on the inside then 3 more buttons on the neck and chest . Contrasting piping around the edges and sleeve attachment with contrasting Asymetric cuff detail. Coat is in great condition has a a few small signs of wear barely visible shown in last 2 pics.
