Vintage 70s Blue Lace Overlay Formal Fit and Flare Full Length Dress. Excellent condition! Gorgeous bright and bold blue dress with gorgeous sheer mesh lace overlay. Fit and flare style is fitted at the waist and the bust with a flared out more voluminous skirt. This would be gorgeous for any formal occasion. I especially spring time weddings and events. Condition is overall wonderful. The only thing I would note is that the satin waist belt and bow may need a little steaming. fits modern size 2
