Vintage 1970's fully lined wool bell bottom/wide leg trouser pants. Ultra high rise, front slide bar and zip closure. Plain front, narrow waistband. Dry clean only tag but no maker or fabric, feels like wool with an silky polyester or maybe acetate lining.
