Late 70s, early 80s Rio high ruffle neck and ruffle placket in white with lace trim. made of 100% polyester fabric. Made in the USA. Laying flat measures 21inches shoulder to hem and 19” bottle armpit to armpit. The tag sizes large, but that is vintage sizing.
