Vintage 70's 80's Levi's Rugby Polo Long Sleeve Shirt

Has a bit of discoloration on the collar, has a hole in the armpit I dont see a size on it, I would say it fits around an XS I think it might be Levi's for Dockers but I'm not sure. It does have Levi's buttons Pit to pit: 19" Length; 25" Shoulder width: 16.5" Sleeve length; 22.5"
