Vintage ’70’s - 7.5” Shoulder Duster Earrings from NYC in Gold Filagree & Black

Amazingly long dramatic 7.5” Fine Art Jewelry Shoulder Duster Earrings w/comfortable clip backs. Gold Filagree Metal & Black Jet Glass Beads. These are gorgeous & have suddenly come back in style! I wore them once to the New York City Opera and an after party in 1978 and have kept them carefully since then in their box. There is no designer signature and I do not remember where I purchased them. I lived in Manhattan & shopped in boutiques & designer shops. There are amazing and in perfect like new condition. When I bought them they cost me as much as my moth's rent! The clip back is very comfortable to wear. The jet black faceted cabochon on the clip portion is the size of a dime. The earrings themselves are 7.5” long after the clip on portion & really do dust the shoulders when worn! I have very sensitive ears & cannot wear heavy earrings. These are not a problem weight wise. I find them very comfortable, well balanced & lightweight. They are very well designed. I now live in the country - not a big city - so I have no occasions on which to wear these beauties. Thus I am offering them for sale. They are absolute treasures. The best looking shoulder duster earring I've ever seen in decades of fashion globe trotting! Truly Vogue Magazine Cover Quality!
