Vintage 60s/70s Handmade Paisley Long Sleeve Dress with keyhole neckline size XS

Super sweet vintage handmade paisley print dress with keyhole neckline and metal back zipper/hook and eye at neck. Likely 1960s/70s. I could see this styled with colorful tights and a faux fur coat for a concert! Metal Lucky brand zipper/hand stitching shown in photos.
