Vintage 60s/70s Evan Picone Navy & White Button Up Vest Mini Dress

Dating both of the union tags puts this in the late 60s or early 70s. Navy blue with white dots. Button up. Sleeveless. Front pockets. Lined. No material tag - likely polyester. Vintage size 10. This was likely part of a men’s multi piece suit back in the day, but I wore it as a dress - see pic (boots in pic for sale in separate listing). For reference, I’m 5’7”, 115lbs.
