This is a gorgeous vintage piece in perfect condition! I wore it one thanksgiving and got a ton of compliments. The silver (metal) pieces on the front make for such a cool ‘60s vibe. Vintage size 10 so more like a modern 6.

vpelley @jlnacar there isn’t really any stretch in the black material but the tulip skirt is much more forgiving. I have a short torso so that line hits about at my natural waist but on someone with a longer torso perhaps I guess it would be higher or closer to the ribs? More like an empire waist sort of?
