Fred Berman, a noted artist and educator based in Milwaukee. In the mid-1960s, Berman produced a series of wooden assemblages that incorporated nostalgic elements such as old typefaces, printed materials, and photographic images. These works were exhibited in prominent galleries, including the Royal Academy of Arts, the Whitney Museum of American Art, and the Art Institute of Chicago. Berman's thematic focus on urban and natural landscapes. He later taught at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Please see all pictures. THE BOX DOES HAVE SOME SPOTTING THE KEY IS NOT ORIGINAL, BUT I DID GET IT AT THE SAME ESTATE SALE AND THOUGHT IT WENT WELL TOGETHER.
