Vintage 60s Polka Dot Navy Blue Fitted Dress

I bought this gorgeous little number a few years back and never got a chance to wear it because it was always too small for me. This fitted vintage dress has no stretch, zips up in the back, and falls above the knees. The shoulder area is a bit discolored and has some wear (see last photo). Flat measurements: chest: 16.5" waist: 13.5" (high waisted) length: 36.5"
