Vintage 60s Parfait Originals cream a line dress and peplum jacket set, XS-S

Vintage 60s Parfait originals cream and brown polka dot a line dress and peplum jacket set, size xs to small from measurements. This is too adorbs, and I loathe that I don't fit in it. Two piece set includes a fitted peplum jacket in cream with brown ribbon piping and gold bolt snap hook, and a line midi dress with cream skirt and polka dot upper. Dress doesn't have much stretch, with back zip closure and no pockets. Some light marking on back neck of jacket, see last pic.
