Vintage '60s "Niagara Falls" felt pennant

Vintage 1960s "Niagara Falls" felt pennant. Blue felt background with gold trim. 26" long, 8" at its widest, tassels 4" long. Blue felt is faded throughout. There is cracked paint on the graphic and some of the letters. Small area of thinned material on edge. Small circle area in corner that is darker than the rest with 2 pin holes.
