The abstract pop art pattern on this awesome knee-length skirt just screams vintage 1960's in highlighter neon bright hues of greens yellows blues oranges pinks & browns. Woven Screen Print Ultra by APSCO fabric has a vertical ribbed texture & feels like a cotton/synthetic blend. Vintage clothing purists take note: this skirt has been altered - the tiny waistband was replaced with a modern metallic gold wide elastic waistband which stretches nicely. The pull-on skirt has copious gathers which were simply sewn to the waistband with a zig-zag stitch (see up-close pic). Elasticized waist allows the skirt to fit a MEDIUM LARGE or X-LARGE.
