Vintage 60s Navy Ribbon Shift Hourglass Homemade Dress

This dress is so cute! Navy blue ribbon material. Detachable waist tie flattering our glass shape. Homemade. Very good vintage condition. There are a few light pulls in the ribbon as seen in photos. No size tag but my best estimate is for a modern medium or size 8 or 10. Please see photos for measurements. Non-smoking, pet friendly home.
