Vintage 60s Metallic Gold Day Long Sleeve Button Down Dress

Super cute, vintage 60s dress. From the brand 'Junior Sophisticates'; this label was created by designer Anne Klein, which ran through the 50s and 60s-- meant to cater to women who were particularly petite or small frame. I would probably place this dress in the early 60s, what with its metallic, clearly-synthetic fabric and circle skirt which cuts the shorter side. The fabric is slightly sheer, and I would recommend wearing the dress with a slip (which the model is). The print is a sort of non-distinct herringbone in dark, antique gold and cream. Fully functional button down torso, with a matching (but removable) belt that can cinch the waist tighter if you like. This dress is in "OK vintage condition"; meaning its still pretty structurally sound and wearable, but it does have a handful of small flaws: a few little runs, small holes along seams (which could be easily repaired, and a few look as though they have been), a small rip near the interior tag (not visible from the outside), etc. These are all discrete enough that I don't deem them worthy of their own photos, but I want to be clear that they exist and the dress will need some work to be worn. Approx. Measurements: Chest - 17.5" Waist (choice between two clasps): 12" or 13" Full Length - 37" The sleeves may also be a tad short if you have longer arms!
