Vintage '60s MCM Designer Career Girls Dress, Blue wool, button accents

Has a 6-button sleeve accent that adds a lot of character, as does the zippered back with sash accent. The measurements: length -45", shoulders -14", sleeves measuring from the shoulder to wrist are 18", chest - 32", and the waist at the waistband is 25". Top is lined. Matching scarf measures 21“ x 21“ and needs to be cleaned as there is one small spot. The hem has been let out and redone, there are also two tiny holes on the backside of the skirt, dress does need to be cleaned.
