Vintage 60s Joseph Magnin Retro GoGo Flower Power Lace Pink Mod Dress

Size and material tag is missing. I'm thinking a Small based off measurements, please see photos for measurements. There is some discoloring on the tops of the shoulders and a stain on the liner. Please see photos for details. Has some issues where the button meets the zipper. Looks like snap is missing and thread is coming loose. Can be an easy fix for the right person!
