Gorgeous and lovingly maintained vintage cotton floral dress, expertly handmade. I'd guess it's from the 1960s. Lace trim at collar and on pockets. The waist seams need to be reinforced though it is wearable. There have been repairs in a few places and one replaced button. Faint yellowing on lace.
