Gathered shoulders and wrists. Matching semi-sheer fabric belt with thread loops. Semi sheer fabric over a separate lining layer, except for sleeves. Ruffle neckline Elastic waist Condition: No rips, stains, holes. Pockets: No Closure: Back nylon zipper. Hook and thread loop. Lining: Yes Color (may vary on your device): Burgundy/Maroon/Plum. I'm not sure what to call it. Approximate Measurements: Bust from armpit to armpit: 22" Waist laid flat: 14". Elastic waist stretches to about 18" Hips laid flat: 22" Sleeves from front top shoulder seam to hem: 24" to elastic at waist about 1" ruffle below that Length from shoulder at neckline: 42". 24" from waist, since it will probably blouse out on bodice. Fabric content and cleaning: No labels. My guess is the semi-sheer layers are polyester or nylog and the lining is acetate or nylon. Probably dry clean.
