Vintage Deep Emerald Velvet Empire Waist Dress This is one of the prettiest dresses I found in a while! I think it would be perfect for a holiday party, and it’s so versatile as you could easily layer it over another fun blouse! Really pretty dark green velvet with lace accents. Overall, in really nice condition. The velvet does have some areas where it catches light differently than other areas, I assume from being folded or pressed on in storage. I don’t believe that it distracts much from the dress, but I wanted to note it. It looks more pronounced in the photos than it does to me in person. I believe this is homemade but well done I'm estimating it to be about a size 8 but please refer to measurements Mannequin shown measures 39/29.25/39 and it was about as snug as it could be while zipped so I’d recommend for a smaller bust than 39” Approximate flat measurements 18.5” pit to pit 22” waist 30” hips taut but you’d not want to wear it that snug I don’t believe. 55” length
