His gorgeous vintage dress is in excellent condition. It is missing a belt, but given it’s age, it’s often hard to keep the belt Eith the dress anyway. Regardless, there are belt loops so another belt can be used. The fabric has no stretch but the dress is lined. It’s a perfect dress for New Year’s Eve!!!
