This is a Cape Cod Match Mate, 60s button down sweater vest or tunic top. Materials tag and size tag is missing, though this measures to a size S/M (please double check measurements to ensure it will work for you). Green in pictures seems like it has a blue undertone, in person this is fully forest green.
