Vintage 60's Blue Lace Overlay Mockneck Dress Adorable handmade 60's lace overlay dress. Beautiful blue slip dress underneath. Lace overlay is white with a blue floral style pattern. High mockneck. Zips up the back with hooks at the back of the neck. Velvet ribbon around the waist and down the back. Fun clear round buttons at sleeve cuffs. So unique and cute!
