Vintage 60's Baar & Beards Black Velvet Beaded Tank

Vintage 60's Baar & Beards black velvet crew-neck tank top. Has beading around neckline, and single hook/full metal zipper closure in back. Union made. No material tag but tank feels like velvet and beads feel like plastic. Vintage size S and seems true to size. See measurements for fit. Measurements lying flat in inches approx: Shoulder to shoulder 15 Armpit to armpit 18 Waist 18 at bottom hem Length 20 The velvet near the armpit seams is partially worn down on both sides, and there is a line around part of the top near the bottom hem (see last 3 pics).
