Vintage 60s 70s Tropical Floral Blue Terrycloth Midi Tank Dress

Vintage 1960s 1970s summery colorful solid teal turquoise blue dress. Made of a lightweight stretchy nylon and acetate terrycloth perfect for the beach. Square neckline with tank straps and an empire waist. Slightly fit and flare, but silhouette is also slightly boxy. Fun pop of color along the hem with a bright summery flower power tropical botanical detail in purple, yellow, green, and rust. Beachy, boho, casual, breezy, retro, laid back summer vibes. Staining along the bottom hem that I have not been able to get out (see photos). Tag says size S. Would best fit an XS/S. Measurements taken lying flat.
