Vintage 60s 70s Red and Black Polka Dot Dress Flawed

Vintage 1960s 1970s A Riehle Original maxi dress. Red sheer overly with black velvet dots and a black velvet waistband. CC zipper down the back. It does zip all the way, just too small for my mannequin! Several opened hems and seams. Easy fixes, just needs a bit of work. Elastic is out on the sleeve cuffs. No size tags.
