Vintage 60s 70s Nancy Greer New York Blue Shirt Waist A Line Dress Size 10

Cute dress, not sure when exactly it is from but looks rather 60s to my eye. Pale blue dress with contrasting white collar and belt. A-line skirt. thicker, textured fabric. Not sure the material. In excellent vintage condition without stains, snags, discoloration, etc. There are a few threads kind of sticking out, they can be trimmed. There is a tag with a few blanks like "Size" "style" with 10 hand written largely across, I believe it is possible this is a 10. Here are the approximate measurements, laid flat: pit to pit: 17.5" waist: 14.5" Model is 5'10", so it will be longer than knee length if you are shorter than that, likely tea length. Model typically wears a 4 so this isn't a perfect fit. Ships same or next day from a smoke free home.
