Vintage 60s 70s Mod Gogo Pop Art Iconic Editorial Anatomical Heart Shift Dress

This Iconic Heart Dress is a collectors must have. It’s made of silk shantung, adorned with 6 heavy rhinestone encrusted buttons. Large embroidered anatomical heart. Four faux pockets. Worn in a published editorial photo shoot. Has a few tiny imperfections, one rhinestone is missing from one button, a few small snags here and there. Zipper back with hook. Fully lined in pink, brand tag removed (probably removed by stylist). Does have slight vintage smell. Pictures reflect condition, in good vintage condition. Reminds me of the 1970s YVES SAINT LAURENT Heart Pop Art Dress. Approx measurements: Bust: 36” Waist: 36” Length: 40” I am open to offers, but I’m in no rush to get rid of it.
