Vintage 60s 70s Laura Baugh by CPS yellow and turquoise blue plaid mini skirt with decorative buttons and attached shorts underneath. The waist has elastic across the back. No fabric content tag. Size 8 but that is vintage sizing, so please double check measurements to ensure the proper fit for you. Laying flat measures just over 20 inches long and 12 inches straight across the waist stretching to 15 inches without much resistance. The shorts underneath have a 5 inch inseam. I think it is closer to a modern size small. No noted flaws.
