Vintage 60s 70s Black Fringe Deep Plunge V Neck Mini Dress Party XS/S

vintage black fringe mini dress i believe it's from the 60s or 70s thick knit, lined with same material. feels like polyester fringed trim and straps deep v plunge neckline no tags has a little stretch possibly handmade no size marked, feels like XS/S apx 17" pit to pit apx 31" waist apx 32" long good vintage condition. has a feeling of wear. i'd recommend only dry cleaning it, i don't think the fringe would hold up very well in water. has been steam sanitized. no notable flaws.
