Vintage 50s/60s red buffalo Plaid dress, Jacket and Belt Julie Clark

This is a beautiful Vintage 50s/60s dress by Julie Clark. Dress is sleeveless black to the top, paid pleated skirt. Black belt. Jacket is red plaid, short, 3/4 sleeves with buttons. This is in good vintage shape, please see photos. may have discoloration or other wear. No tags indicating size, I estimate it is a small.
