Vintage 50s William Schmidt Oslo Norway Fair Isle Nordic Wool Jumper Cardigan

Vintage 50s sweater. The best one I've seen. The colors are perfect. The pattern. Lovely pewter buttons. I can so see this with 50s ski pants and boots and a pointed ski cap with tassels. Hand knit. Wool. by William Schmidt of Oslo Bust 36-38in Shoulders 17in Sleeves 23½in Waist 37in Length 22¾in Good condition. No damage or nibbles. Just has a few very faint spots that could be spot treated and there appears to be one repair. See photos. Still a very heavy, thick, quality piece for being 75 yrs old!
