Vintage 50s Taxco Eagle Mark Sterling Silver Modernist Saddle Ring

A bold and beautiful sterling silver ring from the golden age of Taxco modernism. This piece was created by a noted silversmith from the Taxco school. The heavy, sculptural "saddle" design is both comfortable and makes a powerful statement. The inside is fully hallmarked with the artist's script signature, "MEXICO SILVER", and a government Eagle Mark used from 1948-1979. A wonderful and highly collectible piece of mid-century Mexican silver.
