1950s Vintage Mongolian Camel Hair Tailored Jacket Coat with Big Glass Buttons, estimated Medium size. Please be sure to check the measurements to best assess fit. 100% Mongolian Camel Hair Body Classic camel hair camel color Fully lined, estimated to be acetate or nylon Cream-colored knit jersey collar, I suspect this is camel hair as well Rounded Shoulders - no pads Bracelet Length Sleeves Three large Marbled Glass Buttons Closure Rounded Pockets at Hip Cropped Length Fixed Gathered Waist at Back with Soft Pleats Measurements taken laying flat and buttoned: 19" pit to pit with additional room at bust 16.5" waist - no stretch The rounded shoulders are raglan cut at the back and have a panel seam at the front 31" Sleeve from Center Back of Neck 15" Sleeve from armpit Beautiful condition with age-appropriate wear. There is one small flat spot at the r shoulder that appears to be a moth nibble, very minor (see pic). No holes or stains. The lining is intact and shows some age, but nothing major. The cream-colored neck and collar are clean. This is such a beautiful piece! I was prepared to keep it, but it's too big on me. It hung in my closet for a few days until I was ready to part with it! It's sure to get so many compliments, the construction is so feminine and has beautiful, classic, vintage charm.
