Charming Vintage Wool Hand Knit Cardigan Cowichan Southwestern 'Mexicana' Themed 1/4 Buttoned Sweater Jacket Boxy Knit Spring Festival Gypsy Boho Bohemian Handmade This retro chunky-knit cardigan sweater was lovingly homemade by a Canadian knitter many years ago. I purchased it at an estate sale in Ontario from the closet of a wee cottage close to my childhood home. The house was very clean and orderly, filled with lovely old china, carefully displayed knick-knacks, & many other beautiful antique heirlooms. I was charmed immediately by the colours, the design, and the coziness of this quarter-buttoned (6 buttons in total) cardigan.The sweater could be worn during transitional weather & along with boots, a scarf, a toque, some cozy mittens & a couple of layers, could even be worn in the middle of winter! I just LOVE it & am happy to share it now with you. IT HAS POCKETS!!! :) - Pit->Pit = 21" - Occasional knitting flaws throughout the cardigan, as this was not knit by a professional or machine, but in someone's home.
