Vintage 1950s–1960s Red Fox Athletic Clothing varsity cardigan sweater. Classic letterman style in a creamy off-white with a yellow & black chenille patch featuring tennis rackets and a large "H." Inside is a stitched name tag with "Jane Stotts". Fit & Sizing • Tagged a vintage men's 38. Equivalent to: • Men's Small • Women's Medium (approx. size 6–8) Best fit determined by lay flat measurements below. • Armpit to Armpit: 18.5" • Chest: 37" • Shoulder to Shoulder: 16" • Sleeve Length: 22" • Shoulder to Hem: 23" Features: • Deep V-neck, button front • Two front pockets • Material feels like wool (common for the era; no fabric content tag) Condition: Fair, wearable vintage condition. The most noteable flaws are a couple faint unwashed and untreated stains (front + sleeve). There are also some very small holes, snags, and untreated spots throughout (see photos).
