Models Coat vintage house coat day dress in a marked size 16. It's in good solid condition with some flaws to note . Giant patch pockets have embroidered/ appliqued floral design . Big rounded collar and peafl snaps down the front. Very good solid condition with no seam issues or excessive wear. It Does have some slightly uneven fade all over and some small stains / spots here and there. I still adore this vintage piece overall for it's quaint charm and wearable size .
