Vintage 40s? Opera Coat Medium?

I love this coat It is so elegant. Black Velvet and satin lined. no pockets but not needed as a lady would wear gloves with this coat. I don't feel they're necessary but some of the bottom buttons are missing You can find similar ones online. 21 in across chest 14 in across waist in flawless condition apart from the missing buttons
