Very Cute!
May have been a pajama top back in the day.
Lightweight rayon print with black piping on Peter Pan collar, front patch pocket, and black front placket facing. Black twisted front ties, 3-novelty metal buttons.
Loose square shape 23” from high point shoulder, bust 44” circumference. Would look comfortable on an size 6-8- loose and flowy.
Drop shoulder square short sleeves and flat felled seams.
