Title Says it All 😘 This Vintage Green feathered had by Evelyn Varon was union made. Fabulous feathered hat. It very good condition considering it’s age which is for the 1940’s. All of the feathers are in tact with the exception of a few it is a fabulous statement hat. This will best for a small head. Open to all offed for this 😘😘
